Paeroa is the name of the town where I have been working on a horse farm in exchange for accomodation and full board (wwoofing). The site is known to be the birthplace of a typical New Zealand beverage called Lemon & Paeroa (L&P, World Famous in New Zealand!). And that's all. Otherwise, if you move around, you may discover the former mining site on the river while you walk some pretty nice tracks. Although, the village life allowed me to participate in some fairs and festivals that kiwis engage in during their spare time.
